Updated "Pocket Fix"

I posted a couple of days ago that I brought these Rocawear jeans from Marshall's for $15. I loved the cigarette style jeans with the side zippers but I hated the busy glitter & blinged out pockets. I brought the jeans and had the pockets taken off and sewn back on backwards to get rid of the busy pockets.  What do you guys think? Improvement or not so much? Piece of advise, the seamstress originally told me $10 to reverse pockets but later raised the price to $10 for each pocket so I would recommend to take the pockets off yourself and just pay to have them sewn back on. I ended up buying jeans for $15 and seamstress charged $15
