Cheap or Chic?

I brought this dress from Rave. What do you guys think cheap or chic? I love the color and the style of this dress. My only complaint is that the back rides up and the front hangs longer. Don't know if it's because it's cheap or is it cause I'm bootylicious! LOL You guys know I love me some Kim Kardashian (Kim K) and Lauren Conrad (L.C) & this dress reminds me of something they would wear. Be a star for cheap:)

Studded Shoes On A New Level

    Studded heels are so in right now, but I'm loving the new version that's studs x300. It's the previous studded style ampted up. I first saw a Louboutin pair in a magazine and I fell in love. This new style of studs are the studs from past but on steroids!  They're bigger and bolder standing off the shoes. Kim Kardashians rocked a pair to her bestie Lala wedding.  Here are a few pair I found. Which one is your favorite?

Single In VA

    Hello world I’m single in VA. With that simple phrase I know a lot of you can relate to me. I’ve been single for 3yrs. Before this I was in my 1st serious relationship with *Mark. I will talk about my past relationship occasionally. It will help explain where I’m at and how I got to be single in VA. . I want to take you guys on my journey as a single girl in VA. I’m sure I will have my ups and downs, but most of all the crazy dates & stories to entertain you guys. Being single is a trip! LOL

*Outfit break down*

This outfit is made up of warm colors. The tan and dark brown in the cheetah shoes compliment the orange skirt. The beige in the belt matches the tan and beige tones in the shoes, without matchy matchy over kill. The top pop of white color balances out & completes the outfit. Kim opted for no jewelry letting the shoes and outfit speak for itself. Simple & Chic

Updated "Pocket Fix"

I posted a couple of days ago that I brought these Rocawear jeans from Marshall's for $15. I loved the cigarette style jeans with the side zippers but I hated the busy glitter & blinged out pockets. I brought the jeans and had the pockets taken off and sewn back on backwards to get rid of the busy pockets.  What do you guys think? Improvement or not so much? Piece of advise, the seamstress originally told me $10 to reverse pockets but later raised the price to $10 for each pocket so I would recommend to take the pockets off yourself and just pay to have them sewn back on. I ended up buying jeans for $15 and seamstress charged $15

Hmmm where do I start! Amber Rose& Reggie Bush. *smh* Bushy what are you thinking! If he couldn't handle Kim life style why would he get with this chick! I'm team Kimmy all day. I don't like Amber for Reggie. She fly and all but she is so not classy!   She already twitting tacky stuff  "I was so distracted in New Orleans today I fell into a Bush"  I mean Really Amber Rose Really!

I found these shoes last weekend at "Grateful Soles" http://www.gratefulsoles.com/ in old town Petersburg in my area. They were on sale for $10. I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I like having my own individual style and Grateful Soles carries unique stylish shoes you wouldn't find in the mall.

Cheap vs Chic

I'm loving supa high platform shoes right now, so when I saw these shoes I got excited....but after carefully checking out all the detail I couldn't decide if they were cheap or chic. I love the color, I've been looking for a cute pair of nude shoes. I wasn't to sure about the silver and gold studded hardware on the heel and the platform. After a few days of contemplating if I should buy them or not I decided NOT. But then later I changed my mind, especially when I saw the exact pair made by Steve Madden. What do you guys think? Cheap or Chic?

Love the Jeans hate The pockets Fix

Stove pipe jeans or Cigarette jeans . I've been dying for a pair! They are basically really tapered at the bottom. So tapered that the original ones from the 50's had a 9 inch opening along the sides to allow the foot to pass through. Now they are usually made with zippers down the side which I love. I found a Rocawear pair at Marshall's on sale for $15! Yey...but the one thing that made me almost put them back! The pockets were to busy for me. I'm not a big fan of a lot of details on the butt or brands that shout "Hey look I have on Rocawear". I really wanted these jeans they fit perfect but the pockets were in the way. So I got a bright idea to buy them and have a seamstress just reverse the pockets. I know the pockets would be a lighter color. But so what that would give them a little bit more flare and I can see this being a trend in the future! Stay tuned to see the results, the jeans should be ready this Wednesday.
